How to add and remove website administrators?

Menu location "Dashboard > Account > Website Administrators" allows you to both add and remove website administrators to and from your website.  To access secure portions of the website or to be an administrator you must also register with the website.  Registering with a website also allows the registering party to obtain a password of their choosing.  If a registration record email address matches the email address declared in the Website Administrators list then the permissions are applied and the person is considered an administrator of the website.
