How do I add an OpenTable make a reservation button to my website? (Tags: 3rd party software, No jQuery conflict)

Q: What is OpenTable?

A: OpenTable, Inc. is the leading provider of free, real-time online reservations for diners and reservation and guest management solutions for restaurants. (Reference: https://www.opentable.com/about/)

*** Important Note ***
The OpenTable reservation button does not have the same issue with the jQuery conflict and therefore is much easier to add than the full sized OpenTable make a reservation widget
